Prior to joining American Business Brokers, he was in the energy/technology sector for 35 years in all phases of business, raised $15 Million dollars of Institutional Funds for a SaaS within the utility industry that he founded, and understands what it takes to start and grow a business, acquire a business, and sell a business first hand.
His strengths include general management, sales, marketing, software development, professional services, consulting, strategic investments, and M&A. Jim is an influential business executive with a long track record in the energy/utility field successfully building and leading teams that deliver tangible top and bottom-line business results. He has broad experience in management positions at start-ups and publicly traded utility focused software/hardware companies, Invensys, SAP, Itron, Elster, ClickSoftware and ABB. He has played key roles in the establishment, growth and exits of 4 technology companies (start-ups and global multi $B firms).
