R. Troy Wolfe (Principal) is a graduate of The University of South Florida and a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker. Troy joined American Business Brokers in 2006 with over 25 years of successful business ownership in various entities including retail, manufacturing and food service. He is the recipient of multiple top production awards from the Business Brokers of Florida Multi-List System (SWFL region) including the highest number of sold listings annually from 2018-2020 and 2023-2024, top co-brokered deals 2022, top dollar producer award in 2017 and "top five deal maker" awards annually from 2010-2016 and 2022- 2023.

Qualifications include a Bachelor Degree in Small Business Management, experience in negotiating complex business transactions, proven marketing skills and a focus on professionalism and integrity.

Troy has a unique insight in the specific needs and motivations of business Buyers and Sellers to facilitate successful transactions. He was previously licensed in commercial real estate and business brokerage in Pennsylvania.
